Seven recurring pitfalls observed across tutoring-centre migrations:
Messaging a student's number instead of the parent's. Under-16 direct messaging without documented parental consent is a safeguarding and data-protection breach. Prevention: default the outbound number to parent at the contact-record level; require explicit override for older-student direct comms.
