What counts as an "AI reply"? ▾
One AI reply = one message sent by BossBot to a customer. Automated reminders, FAQ responses, follow-up messages — each one counts. Messages sent by you or your team manually don't count toward the limit.
How does annual billing work? ▾
Annual plans are billed once per year and save you 20% compared to monthly. You get the same features — just at a lower price. You can cancel before the next renewal.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency? ▾
