Not yet. BossBot's Amazon SP-API identity verification was submitted on 2026-06-30. Identity review takes ~20 minutes to 2 days. After that, we create a sandbox app, test, and apply for production. Production approval takes 2–4 weeks. Estimated live date: August 2026. You'll be emailed the day it launches.

Amazon's SP-API includes the Buyer-Seller Messaging API which allows approved Solution Providers to send replies on behalf of the seller directly inside Amazon conversations. Once our application is approved, BossBot will auto-reply to buyer messages inside Amazon — not drafts, not copy-paste suggestions — actual sent replies in the conversation thread.
