Connect Amazon Selling Partner API to BossBot

BossBot's Amazon SP-API integration is coming soon. Amazon granted us Selling Partner API developer status on 2026-06-30 with five roles. Integration is rolling out to tenants in the coming weeks. This page describes the coming setup flow and current status so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

Product Listing Finance Insights Buyer-Seller Messaging Inventory

Available at launch: order alerts, buyer message routing, AI-drafted replies, daily digest with sales and ODR trend, multi-marketplace support (US / UK / DE / ES / IT / FR / MX / CA / AU).

Coming shortly after launch: full Buyer Solicitation API integration (currently pending separate Amazon approval), advanced Finance API reporting (in development), Listings API automation (in development).

Coming setup flow (once your tenant is enabled)

When Amazon SP-API rolls out to your BossBot tenant, this is what the setup will look like:

Open BossBot Settings → Integrations → Marketplaces → Connect Amazon. BossBot redirects you to Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) authorization screen.

Sign in with your Amazon Seller Central credentials on sellercentral.amazon.com. You're on Amazon's real domain — no credentials pass through BossBot at this step.

Review the requested roles (Product Listing + Finance + Insights + Buyer-Seller Messaging + Inventory — coming soon in the initial rollout) and click Authorize BossBot. Amazon returns you to BossBot with an authorization code.

BossBot exchanges the authorization code for access + refresh tokens automatically. Store marked connected. Your Amazon password never touches BossBot.

Order alerts, buyer message routing, AI-drafted replies, and the 08:00 UTC daily digest begin immediately.

BossBot is a registered Amazon SP-API developer (status granted 2026-06-30 with 5 roles; integration coming soon to tenants). Whether we appear in the public-facing Amazon Selling Partner Appstore is Amazon's editorial decision post-launch. Sellers can authorize BossBot directly through Login with Amazon regardless.

Will BossBot support all Amazon marketplaces at launch?

Yes for the standard 9 (US, UK, DE, ES, IT, FR, MX, CA, AU). Additional marketplaces (JP, IN, AE, SA, TR, SE, NL, PL, BE) coming soon as Amazon's SP-API supports them.
