🛡️ What "connected" means in practice

When a buyer contacts you on WhatsApp and asks about an order, BossBot looks up that order from your connected store in real-time and replies automatically. This happens in seconds, without you doing anything.

The buyer is then stored in your CRM as a contact, tagged with the store they ordered from. You can see their full order history alongside any future messages they send you — on any channel.

We don't store your full order database. BossBot fetches the specific order when asked. This keeps data minimal and GDPR-compliant.
