Where messaging does not help:

Structural changes that reduce no-shows more than messaging
Before spending time and money on messaging platforms, consider these structural changes. They typically move the no-show needle further and cost less over the long run.
Rate structure design. Offer a non-refundable rate at a 10-15% discount to your standard rate. Guests who choose it have made a stronger commitment; no-show rate on non-refundable rooms is very low.
