7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days after your first paid billing period, we refund 100% of that period. No questions asked.

How to request

  1. Cancel your subscription in your Stripe Customer Portal (link in your BossBot dashboard, or open /billing/portal).
  2. Reply to Stripe's cancellation confirmation email with “refund please”, or email [email protected].
  3. We process within 2 business days. You'll get a Stripe confirmation the moment we refund.

What's not covered

Downtime credits (separate from refunds)

If BossBot has verified downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, you can request a service credit (free additional days) equal to the pro-rata value of that downtime. Ask via [email protected] — no first-period restriction.

Cancel anytime, not just in the first 7 days

Cancellation is always self-service. Open the Stripe Customer Portal, click Cancel, done. No phone calls, no chat with retention. Your service continues to the end of the paid period; no future charges. Past periods outside the 7-day guarantee window are not refunded, but you keep all your data and can re-subscribe any time.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of requesting a refund through us, we treat it as a formal chargeback. This can delay resolution and, in rare cases, block re-subscription. Please email us first — we'll refund in 2 business days if you qualify.

Why we do this. Every competitor we know (Wati, Bird, Chatbot.com, 360dialog) makes cancellation slow and refunds impossible. We hate that pattern. If BossBot isn't right for you in the first billing period, take your money back and move on — we'd rather you leave without regret than stay resentful.
