No. BossBot is NOT a HIPAA Business Associate. It must NOT be used for Protected Health Information (PHI) — no medication names, no dosages, no diagnosis discussions, no insurance claim specifics that reveal health conditions. BossBot IS appropriate for logistics only: is-my-refill-ready-yes-or-no, hours, delivery window, payment options, directions. Anything containing PHI goes through your patient portal (Liberty, PioneerRx, Cerner Etreby).

BossBot is configured to REDIRECT any clinical question to a licensed pharmacist, not attempt an answer.
