Go to bossbot.uk/signup and start the 7-day free trial — no credit card. If you already have a BossBot account, sign in and open Settings → Integrations.
Under Settings → Integrations → Marketplaces, click Connect Etsy. BossBot redirects you to Etsy's official OAuth screen (etsy.com), where you approve access. You are always on Etsy's real domain during this step — no credentials leave etsy.com.
Sign in to Etsy if prompted. Review the requested scopes:

Click Allow Access. Etsy redirects you back to BossBot with an authorization code, which BossBot exchanges for access + refresh tokens automatically. BossBot never sees your Etsy password.
Etsy lets a single seller account run multiple shops. BossBot lists every shop attached to your account; check the ones you want BossBot to watch. Multi-shop monitoring is included in the Growth plan (up to 5) and unlimited on Scale.
BossBot immediately starts polling your shop. On the first buyer message, you get a Telegram alert with the message body, buyer info, and an AI-drafted reply attached. Copy-paste it, edit, or approve auto-reply from that same alert. Once you're comfortable, flip on auto-response globally so BossBot handles the whole cycle — you get logs, not interruptions.
Yes. Star Seller requires responding to ≥95% of first buyer messages within 24h. BossBot alerts you in seconds and pre-drafts, or auto-replies — that 95% is far easier to keep, even overnight. BossBot does not itself certify Star Seller; only Etsy does.
Both. Draft-only on Day 1 (Telegram alert with AI-drafted reply to review). Enable auto-response later and BossBot posts replies directly into Etsy's Messages inbox. Hybrid ("auto-reply for these categories, draft for the rest") is also supported.

Yes. Revoking from Etsy → Account → Apps and Services makes BossBot's next poll fail; the shop is marked disconnected and no new drafts are generated. Your existing BossBot data is retained until you delete it.
First replies use BossBot's default Etsy-seller persona (friendly, thanks-first, ships-within language). Paste your shop's About section or a few sample messages during the trial and BossBot fine-tunes to your voice. Most sellers find the AI 80-90% ready-to-post out of the box for common questions (shipping status, custom orders, materials, dimensions).
